Conditions garantie:
- HairPalace clinic guarantees that 80% of implanted hairs will grow.
- Should less than 80% of implanted hairs regrown after 15 months, HairPalace will implant the missing hairs to the 80% free of charge.
- HairPalace clinic’s warranty covers the implanted hairs only.
- The density of implanted hairs is guaranteed, however our guarantee do not cover the original (non-transplanted) hair density.
- The price of the surgery is not refundable.
- The warranty covers only those treatments taken place in Budapest.
- The warranty covered treatments are free of charge. However, should the patient decide to have more implants than the number of hairs covered by the warranty, then the additional costs have to be paid by the patient.
- Warranty is not provided on hairs implanted during an intervention covered by warranty.
- Warranty only covers treatments and not including accommodation, airport transfers and airfares.
- The guarantee can be validated only if the patient respected the post-intervention tasks given by the specialist.
- In order to avoid infections patient must obey basic sanitary conditions on the implanted area.
- Patients are required to partake in check-ups arranged by HairPalace clinic, or send good quality pictures of his head promptly .
- Should problems occur, the patient must immediately inform HairPalace clinic in writing, failing to do so the warranty will not be validated.
- Patients must consults the HairPalac Clinic in order to validate the warranty.
- Evaluation of the problematic situation is essential prior to validation of guaranteed services.
- The warranty and the received treatment plan signed and dated (received on the day of the surgery) must be presented by the patient in order to validate the warranty.
- The date of the guaranteed treatment must be agreed by the doctor and the patient.
- Before the end of the 15th month after the surgery it is not possible to validate the warranty.
1. Warranty becomes invalid automatically should the following occur:
- Lack of full payments by the patient.
- Patient missed the mandatory check-ups or failed to send his pictures on time with the required quality instead of attending the examinations.
- Patient ignored the medical instructions given after surgery.
- Patient smokes before, during or in 2 weeks following the surgery.
- Patient rejects the use of medications and products given by the clinic, or does not use them according to doctor’s instructions.
- Patient washes his hair on the effected area the first week after the surgery.
- Patient scratches the implanted grafts during the healing period.
- Patient ignores to wash off the crusts until the end of the 2nd week after surgery, and crust harms the implanted hairs.
- Patient participates in sports, physical exercise or activities that increases blood pressure in the first four weeks after the surgery.
- Patient applies shampoo before the 3rd week after the surgery.
- Patient damages the implanted area during the healing process.
- Patient applies different products than suggested by HairPalace’s doctors to accelerate healing without informing the clinic.
- Patient takes drugs.
- Patient drinks alcohol regularly.
- Patient failed to notify HairPalace before the surgery of his current illnesses and medication, and these may affect the result of the surgery.
- Patient suffers illness or a receives treatment that disturbs the implanted hairs. (e.g.: chemotherapy).
- The treated area gets damaged in an accident (sport, trauma, medical intervention).
- Patient receives hair transplant at another clinic.
